30-day fault replacement
If a fault not caused by misuse or accidental damage occurs within 30 days of signed delivery, HOSFU provides a free replacement. Contact jun@hosfusmart.com with your order and a description of the fault before sending the product back. The 40% standard exchange restocking fee does not apply to an eligible fault replacement. This is separate from the 90-day unopened-return policy and does not limit your mandatory consumer rights.

Shipping, returns and warranty
Free shipping to all countries, with taxes included. Estimated transit time to the United States: 4–10 days after dispatch. Request a return of an unopened, sealed HOSFU product within 90 days of delivery. Contact us before sending anything back. HOSFU pays return shipping; eligible returns have no restocking fee. Exchanges carry a 40% restocking fee based on the product price paid. Refunds are processed within 14 days after receipt and inspection. The 40% exchange fee does not apply to eligible non-user-caused faults within 30 days of signed delivery; HOSFU provides a free replacement.
