A male Kegel device is not a substitute for knowing which muscles to contract. If your main question is “Am I doing this correctly?”, HOSFU training feedback cannot verify your technique.

THE HOSFU RANGE, YOUR CHOICE
Every current HOSFU model is designed for men and women. Choose by the features and controls that fit your routine.

If you want to follow your own contractions on a screen, look at Gen 4 Smart Training: the HOSFU app shows pressure changes from an external air cushion after calibration. If you want phone-free vibration and warmth, its separate Quick Comfort mode provides those functions. Neither a vibration setting nor a high app reading demonstrates a health benefit. Choose the function you will actually use.
Put Gen 4 on a stable, flat chair and follow its placement instructions while fully clothed. Connect the app before sitting, select your program and calibrate. During training, contract, hold and release as prompted without pressing down with your body to raise the curve. The setup video shows the sequence before you commit to buying.
