Eligibility
Request a return within 90 days of purchase. The product must be unused, unopened and in its original sealed packaging. This policy is not a trial period for used products.
How to request a return
Email jun@hosfusmart.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate address. Do not send a parcel before receiving those instructions.
Return shipping and refunds
For a non-defective return, you pay the return shipping cost. After we receive and inspect an eligible return, we refund the product price to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refunded. Your payment provider determines when the credit appears.
Opened, damaged or faulty products
Opened products are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns. If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect or develops a fault, contact us with the order details and a description of the issue so we can arrange the appropriate next step.
Your rights
This voluntary returns policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law. Warranty terms are separate from the unopened-product return period.
