Returns and exchanges
Request a return or exchange within 90 days of delivery. For a non-defective return or exchange, the product must be unopened, unused and in its original sealed packaging. Opened or used products are not eligible under this voluntary return policy. For defective, damaged or incorrect products, contact us for assistance; your statutory rights are not affected.
How to request a return
Email jun@hosfusmart.com with your order number, the items and whether you want a refund or an exchange. No prepaid return label is included in the package. Contact us before sending your parcel so we can arrange the return and confirm how HOSFU will cover the return shipping cost.
Returns, exchange fees and refunds
HOSFU covers the shipping cost for returning a product. Eligible returns have no restocking fee: the product price paid is refunded without a return fee deduction. Exchanges carry a restocking fee of 40% of the product price paid. For example, exchanging a product purchased for $100 incurs a $40 restocking fee; returning it for a refund does not incur that fee. After we receive and inspect an eligible return, we process the refund to the original payment method within 14 days. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the credit. These terms do not limit your statutory rights. The 40% exchange fee does not apply to eligible non-user-caused faults within 30 days of signed delivery; HOSFU provides a free replacement.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect products
If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect or develops a fault, contact us with the order details and a description of the issue so we can arrange a return or exchange. Statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
Your rights
This voluntary returns policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law. Warranty terms are separate from the 90-day return window.
30-day fault replacement
If a fault not caused by misuse or accidental damage occurs within 30 days of signed delivery, HOSFU provides a free replacement. Contact jun@hosfusmart.com with your order and a description of the fault before sending the product back. The 40% standard exchange restocking fee does not apply to an eligible fault replacement. This is separate from the 90-day unopened-return policy and does not limit your mandatory consumer rights.
