Orders and payment
Review the model, quantity, delivery details, currency and final total before paying through Stripe. Prices are displayed in USD unless checkout expressly states otherwise. A failed or incomplete payment does not establish a paid order. Keep your payment confirmation and contact us if order details need correction.
Delivery and taxes
HOSFU provides free worldwide shipping with taxes included. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Use an accurate delivery address and contact us promptly about delivery problems.
Returns, exchanges and faults
Our voluntary returns policy allows requests within 90 days of delivery for unused, unopened products with original seals intact. Contact us before returning anything; HOSFU pays return shipping. Eligible refunds have no restocking fee. Exchanges carry a 40% restocking fee based on the product price paid. Eligible refunds are processed within 14 days after receipt and inspection; payment-provider posting times vary. The full returns page applies. This unopened-return policy does not determine rights concerning defective goods. For faults and model-specific warranty coverage, contact jun@hosfusmart.com. Your mandatory consumer rights are not excluded or limited. The 40% exchange fee does not apply to eligible non-user-caused faults within 30 days of signed delivery; HOSFU provides a free replacement.
30-day fault replacement
If a fault not caused by misuse or accidental damage occurs within 30 days of signed delivery, HOSFU provides a free replacement. Contact jun@hosfusmart.com with your order and a description of the fault before sending the product back. The 40% standard exchange restocking fee does not apply to an eligible fault replacement. This is separate from the 90-day unopened-return policy and does not limit your mandatory consumer rights.
Website and order-link security
Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the service or misuse private order links. Contact us if a link is lost or exposed so it can be revoked and replaced. Do not share order links publicly.
